CHAPTER SIXTEEN

DAVID’S MOUTH WAS HOT AND HARD ON MINE. MATT WAITED BETWEEN my open legs for my decision, his hand on my sex keeping me from sliding over some invisible cliff that felt like madness.

This was what they’d meant when they said I’d suffer, I realized. I needed what no human male could ever give me, and in this state I needed more than any one of the Neuri could give. I might really have to give myself to all of them before it ended.

“David.” I whispered his name against his lips. “I can’t stop.” Maybe if we’d stuck to the plan, if Matt had been less generous, less inventive, and gone straight to oral, I could have let him lick me to orgasm to our mutual enjoyment.

Instead, he’d aroused me too far for anything less than full penetration, and he’d attuned my body to him in the process, so now it was his cock I ached to welcome inside me. I wasn’t sure I could find relief with any of the others at this point, and without relief I was afraid I’d fall over that cliff. “I can’t stop,” I repeated on a sob.

“Shh.” He speared his fingers into the short strands of my hair and cradled my head in his hands. His dark eyes met mine. “Don’t be afraid. Give your body whatever it needs.”

“I need him to fuck me.” My lips trembled as I said the words.

“Then do it.” David gave me another brief, hard kiss before he let me go.

I looked at Matt, saw the tension in his posture, and knew he hadn’t meant for this to happen. Neither of us had, but we were past the point of no return. Now I had to show him that I didn’t blame him, that I didn’t see him as a lesser choice, that I wanted him. Time to let go of everything else, to give myself to the moment and to him.

“Matt.” I said his name in a throaty drawl. “I’ve been very, very bad.”

The corners of his eyes crinkled and a small smile tugged at his lips. “Have you?”

“Very.” I stared at him, my breath coming hard and fast.

He gave a shake of his head. “Then I’ll have to discipline you.” He took his hand away and stood up. “Turn over on your belly.”

I managed it with every limb trembling and moved into the position David had wanted me in, bent over the ottoman.

Matt cupped his hands over my butt, shaping the curves, squeezing. “Now I’m going to have to warm your bottom.”

I drew in a sharp breath. Would he, really?

He put one hand on the lower curve of my spine, just above the swell of my ass. His other hand delivered a stinging smack that made me jolt. Then another. And another. Each time his hand struck, my sex clenched in involuntary response and blood rushed to the point of contact. When he stopped, I had to bite my lip to keep from crying out and begging him to go on.
